Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can throw unexpected situations at us sometimes, which may result in you needing to change your plans.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hour’s notice.  This allows us time to offer the appointment to someone else who may be waiting.

We are dedicated to providing all our patients with the highest level of care.  To ensure our services remain accessible & effective, it’s important that appointments are respected & that cancellations are managed thoughtfully.

 

Why this Policy Matters

When you book an appointment with us, you are reserving valuable time with a dedicated clinician.  Missed appointments or late cancellations prevent us from offering that time to another patient in need.  This policy helps us to manage our schedule fairly & maintain the quality of service that you expect.

 

Cancellation Charges

The minimum cancellation period for appointments is 24 hours.  If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment the full charge for the treatment will be levied.  If you are claiming from private medical insurance they may not pay this for you & it will be your responsibility to settle any outstanding fees.

 

Late Arrivals

We understand that delays can happen.  If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our very best to accommodate you within the remaining time.  However, your session may be shortened to avoid affecting other patients.  In some cases, arriving too late may result in the session being classified as a missed appointment & will be subject to the relevant treatment fee.

 

Emergencies & Exceptions

We understand that genuine emergencies can occur.  In such cases, we assess each situation individually & may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by:

  • Calling us during business hours (an speaking directly to a staff member).
  • Emailing us during business hours (an receiving electronic confirmation directly from a staff member).
  • Using our online booking system
