Meet our Physiotherapist Elisheba

Hello I am Elisheba Abraham a HCPC State Registered Physiotherapist based in Manchester. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Huddersfield & have experience working across a variety of settings, including musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopaedic an respiratory rehabilitation. My approach is rooted in evidence-based, compassionate care & I am deeply committed to helping people move better, feel stronger an live more confidently.
I love a hands-on approach & always aim to get to the root of the problem, whether it’s helping someone manage pain, improve mobility or regain confidence in their body. For me, physiotherapy is not just about treatment, it’s about listening, understanding & empowering people to take control of their recovery.
I have a particular interest in women’s health & am passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery an other key life stages. I believe in making care accessible, inclusive & relevant, which is why I have also been actively involved in NHS health equity initiatives where I advocate for inclusive, culturally competent care that meets the diverse needs of our communities.
Outside the clinic, I like to keep active with weight training, cardio workouts & playing badminton. I am also an avid reader, always reaching for a mix of fiction an non-fiction to relax & stay inspired.
I have three clinics a week at “A+ Sports Therapy” on Monday and Tuesday mornings from 8am to 2pm + a late clinic on Wednesday from 2pm to 8pm and I will be thrilled to see you and you can book in for a treatment with me now!
